You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

Our website offers a range of products and or services for sale. Where we refer to an 'item' we are referring to a single product or service available for purchase on this website.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ, and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.

We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

i) The item you have ordered is out of stock

ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

iii) There has been a pricing or product description error

iv) There is a system or procurement failure

v) You have failed our customer validation checks

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.

Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been unpublished, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed,  or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premise.

MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICING

Prices for items are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you.

We accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

DELIVERY

During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).

Next working day delivery (Temporarily suspended).

The couriers will attempt delivery two times only, after which your parcel may be held in your local depot, or returned to ourselves. The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour, unless specifically instructed not to, within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pickup shop, leave in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery- should you not be available after the first delivery attempt. All of this information is available to you via your tracking link.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Further information for overseas customers All overseas transaction must be paid for by direct bank transfer, unless agreed prior to sale.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect, you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.

Where you have ordered a personalised, perishable or time critical item (such as food, newspapers, event tickets or e-vouchers) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions combined with our published Privacy Policy (also available through this website) and Refund Policy (also available through this website) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us, whether written or oral.

GENERAL

Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable, then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.

Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure nor liable for any loss that you incur, howsoever caused.
